  • All prices are listed in INR and may change without prior notice.

  • We offer both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid options.

  • COD charges may apply where applicable.

5. Delivery

  • Products are shipped via trusted delivery partners like Delhivery and DTDC.

  • Estimated delivery:

    • South India: 4–7 working days

    • North India: 8–10 working days

  • Delays due to unforeseen issues are not our responsibility, but we will assist wherever possible.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, incorrect, or physically defective products.

  • Refunds are available for select products under our Special Promise Guarantee, provided conditions are met.
